Blind and visually impaired people in Norfolk will be able to get round the clock free bus travel, after an 11th hour change of heart by council leaders.

The government is backing an amendment to the Welfare Reform Bill halving the time seriously ill or disabled people will have to wait to be eligible for Personal Independence Payments (PIPs).

A PIONEERING new study has shown that eating more flavonoids can potentially reduce the risk of heart disease for women with diabetes.
