Feeling let down

Postby debzsanderson » 15 Jan 2015, 20:15

This week is going downhill rapidly. Our night carers husband is in hospital so Brenda can't work. Marks sister has been away AGAIN and is now ill with a cold. Maybe I will go sick next week... Oh wait I'm not entitled to be ill .....

Can't the Agency try and find you a replacement carer for the night shift, I know it's difficult to have someone new in but it's better than none,
I don't know how you put up with Mark's sister always being away or off.

Hope things pick up for you again soon h###u

Are you sure you would take a break if it was offered to you?
You know in your heart that you are worthy of the same breaks as Marks sister takes, maybe you just have to be like her, and say you are taking them.
I did offer you a break in Norfolk several months back.
My feelings are you don't want a break from caring, but your body will be telling you different. We all need a break.
