So sorry to hear you are having so many problems with care agency but am not surprised, I would suggest you mention CQC to this agency if you have problems with not being able to understand this carer, I would also suggest you speak to continuing care contact for advise, they do a scheme where they help with finding care and help with your account, we were in process of this but sadly never got to use it.
