Albino (almost) blackbird in Norwich

I was cutting through Chapelfield and saw a young couple watching something in the bushes ....  ojk NO, not that you dirty-minded lot .. lol lol lol

They were looking at a blackbird that was  almost half white ... I had my little camera with n managed to get this shot of it, albeit a bit blurred. That is the second one I have seen this week -on Monday I saw one that looked as though ti was wearing a white balaclava ..

I have got one who comes to my bird table, I wonder why it happens.
is it just in Norfolk, or everywhere?
