I clean the cupboards and then I mess them up and have to start cleaning cupboards out again

It's not just you!!

You can guarantee when I put the flour bag back in the cupboard some blows out of it!! I try to be careful but it happens every time!!!

Sounds familiar Ann, I promise myself I will keep them tidy from now on, but they are soon as bad as ever again!!
