something really exciting happened today
On the way back I came across a group of twitchers by the side of the road, but I could not stop as I had traffic behind me.
I have done a search on the internet and found out what they were looking at
Edgefield - 8 PARROT CROSSBILLS again in clearing west of B1149 c1m south of Holt.

How exciting, and I wish I had stopped now.  I have never seen this bird.

Changed bedding and got everything hanging outdoors - not dry but so nice and fresh.  Just catching up with the usual housework stuff - now coffee and catch up with posts.    Panto sounds good fun.
