NEED SOME ADVICE - WILL

Postby coffee » 03 Mar 2016, 12:02

hi I wonder if any one can help?
my daughter plans to make a will but is unsure how to go about it cos at the moment she is living in USA and most of her assets are in UK. She might in the future move back to UK., so she has kept her british citizenship . She would like her hubby to have all her assets but does it make a difference if he is USA citizen?

Would she have to make the will here or what? also whats the difference between a shared /and a common tenancy? as one of her assets is a house that is split between my daughter and myself.

I think I would have a free half an hour consultation with your solicitor or maybe the CAB.
get advice about these matters, it is most important and most solicitors will do something for free to give advice.
