In this digital show and tell session, we’ll be showing care providers, carers and volunteers how they can use tablet devices to help get people online and use apps that are either free or low cost to help support quality of life, independence and better care choices. It is particularly for those who are presently not too keen or skilled on IT. It will be first come first served although there could be a second session if numbers demand it.
We’ll be looking at apps for reminiscence, story-telling, communication and arts and crafts. We’ll also look at using tablet devices to access online council services like renewing a bus pass (https://concessioncard.net/renew/?councilCPICC=4672)
