The event is free & with no need to book. All welcome!

15.30 to 16.15 Breaking Down is waking up Dr Russell Razzaque

16.15 to 16.30 Norman Lamb Minister for Health

16.30 to 17.00 CBT for Self harm Johnathan Clitheroe

There will be stalls from:

* Various departments within the Trust explaining what they do and how to access them

* Stalls from voluntary groups explaining what services they provide and how to access them

* Free holistic therapies, Free Nail Bar, First Aid Courses 10.30 till 12.30 & 2 till 4 !
