Archant Norfolk, in partnership with Norfolk County Council, has revealed exciting details of a celebration of the real heroes of our community. In conjunction with its sister titles in every corner of Norfolk, the Evening News, Norwich, and the county and district councils of Norfolk, the EDP has launched a search for nominations recognising those people in the county who make a special contribution across a wide range of areas.
Judges will be selected from the sponsors of the awards, and they will select the overall winner, plus the winners of the outstanding achievement award.
Each award is sponsored and the whole evening will be a spectacular recognition of the wonderful work that goes on in our county, often carried out by unsung heroes who might not otherwise be thanked for their often selfless acts of courage, kindness, commitment and dedication.
