Elizabethan House Museum

Local legend has it that one room in the museum is where the downfall of Charles I was plotted ...

It is owned by the National Trust but if you have a Norfolj Msuem Pass you can get in for free.

Been a long while since I was there and they have made quite a few changes. I think my fav room was the kitchen with its old oven range. Then there was the wooden clothes horse - I remember Mum having one. The wooden food store, Nana had one of those. The wooden clothes tongs ....

I still have a clothes horse like that and some other things shown, that belonged to my grandmother.
