Honey if you have up to date Adobe you can watch this without having to download Google Chrome, I have just looked at it using Internet Explorer with no problems at all.  The Personal Budget we had been on it for very many years until a year ago when we transferred to Continuing Healthcare Budget, we found it brilliant and so simple, we had everything done through Independent Living at Framlingham Pigot, our Carers had a contract of employment and actually worked for us. If anyone would like to ask me any questions or I can help anyone in any way with a problem or whatever then I will be only too pleased to do so, not only does Wendy know me very well but I have been CRB checked as I work as a volunteer for Age UK including running a Carers Group for them.

I just watched without any problems on firefox.

My daughter use to have Independent living funding and we also had the help of NCODP who are very good helping you with your account etc, for the past year she has had NHS continuing care funding.

I don't know how it works if you have opted to have a continuing care personal budget, we didn't get the opportunity for personal budget at time of qualifying 1 year ago, it's quite new to this area for NHS CC to offer personal budgets, for us the NHS continuing care pay the Agency direct so we don't have the worry of paying/accounts.

Speak to your NHS continuing care social worker.

If you've got a personal budget in your own right for the care YOU need it wouldn't change, YOUR care needs are still the same.
