Stood up last night & my leg gave way, landed flat on my face on floor, smashing the dish I was carrying, when I got up, pain in my ankle, so probable sprain. That is going to be fun!!!! Going to urgent care centre this am to get it checked, as last time I did this, it was broken.

Thankyou Wendy. I have torn the ligaments in my ankle, no break thank goodness. It is going to take some time, just rest , strappingand painkillers
