with people from social services refusing to send details by email and only by phone, this gives me more work.
and people sending me false references for a laptop
then I have to try and chase the referee up and it all takes time.
please think of me.
it is getting very complicated

So much for progress, everything is going digital and they are still dragging their heels back in the 20th Century.

You don't need this sort of worry, helping people has become a difficult task and these people are making it harder to do.

You would have thought SS would do everything by letter at best so they had some records and you had something in print, email at the very least .. but 'phone? Means you have to write everything ...

As for the idiots who try and fiddle it .. trying to help people and you get all this hassle.. ?
