I was doing ok. Getting stuff ready for tomorrow but now I'm in tears. Marks asleep still but I long to have a hug from him or even hold a conversation that I can understand. It will be yet another Xmas without seeing my parents. Tomorrow we have three hours of care in the afternoon with our favourite carer so I should get a Xmas dinner made for us if Mark feels up to it.
