I will add Good news to this forum.

I think it is very good news to think that so many of you have good news, which you share with me, but I wish you would post on the forum.
It is so exciting that Sam will be home today, I am so excited for Jane.
I dont like to put the other good news without peoples permission, but someone has received their blue badge renewal, and I know how concerned they were.
Someone else was concerned about the work test for their disabled adult child. They had no problem at all and it all went through well.
We like good news.

The person with the Blue Badge problem was me.
I do not get high rate mobility DLA although I do have a problem with my EDS Hypermobility as I have constant joint pain & I trip and fall a lot due to my plantars not reacting quickly enough. I have had a badge for several years & previously did not have any trouble with renewing. However, this year it had to be done on line & because I was not on the required benefits I had to fill in along and complicated series of pages similar to the DLA form, so was afraid I no longer qualified ( apparently there is a point system). So I was thrilled and relieved when it arrived in the post a few days ago. I had not thought to put it on here as I have been so bogged down with Bill the last few weeks, life has been traumatic!!

It will be my new years resolution to share good news with you al.

i will start with.......

I've got a bit of both, the bad first - Paul is still in hospital, and will have to go into a nursing home when they can find him a place, the good news is that he now starting to improve a little, and he qualifies for continuing health care which means it will all be funded by government and social services. I've had a lovely day today at one of my crops, and everyone was so supportive and caring towards me and our situation

Sorry to hear Paul may have to go into nursing care, what a worrying time for you both, hopefully they will get the continuing care assessment done while Paul is in hospital as it is NHS CC.

I walked down the canal yesterday & caught up with my pair of swans, they both came rushing over to the bank to be fed & I am happy to report that the cob is back on form & looking well
