Bad news

Took Bill for his biopsy results this am. We were shocked to discover that it was a stage2 melanoma, (skin cancer) , which means it has likely spread. I was pretty sure it WAs cancer, but, I was expecting it to be squamous cell, which is much less virulent. He has to go to Preston Royal Infirmary to see the Plastic Surgeon, where they will do a much larger excision & then a CT scan to ascertain any spread. He can't have an MRI due to his spinal cord stimulator.
