Worrying health issues

Im so sorry for being away from chill again. I haven't slept properly in weeks now. I'm having falls that mean I am forced to use a walker in the flat. I hit my face last week during a fall . Spoke to my local carers support yesterday and I am realising that my health is deteriorating. My left foot is turning in badly which throws my balance. I'm worried about the consequences for Mark if I can't fill the gaps between carers safely. I hope everyone is doing okay. We also have no family as Karen and their mum are going to France.

Sorry to hear you are having your own health problems Debz, it is a big worry when you have to do so much of Mark's care while others gallivant about, have you spoken to your Continuing Care support person and told them of your situation.

Is it worth you thinking about employing someone else instead of Mark's sister as she seem to be always be off somewhere and I cannot understand why Mark's mother seem to do so little to help her son.

I am scared of telling continuing care Incase they say that Mark will have to go into a care home. I'm just looking forward to the night carer taking over at 10 tonight! Xx

Sorry to hear about your own health issues, what a worrying time for you. I agree with Mo, you need to speak to the continuing care people , they can't make you do anything you don't want to hu**** hu****

Debz it's worth speaking to them because if you keep carrying on like you are your heath will suffer even more and so will Mark's and that doesn't bear thinking about.
like Annie said they cannot make you or Mark do anything you don't want to do.

if you go on like this, you will have no strength and both of you will need to go into care.
Please take the advice the members have given you whilst you still feel strong enough, because every week that goes on, you will get more and more poorly.
