thank you, I do feel much better today.
I have been to Dunelm to buy some thermal curtains,  I will let you know what they are like.
I have a difficult time seeing how chill has changed. At the present time, we have many members having really difficult times and dont get much time to get on the internet.
Once there was only Chill on the internet for carers, now there is much more of a choice, and I have to accept that.  But sometimes it gets me sad.

Wendy, don't feel too sad that people don't always have chance to come on here - I'm one of them.  Sadly I no longer get to chat in the chatroom because I have to go up to bed at 9.0 pm because Paul is ready to settle for the night, so I really miss chatting.  TV lately is rubbish and if the chat room was opened earlier maybe I could chat to somebody - not every night, but maybe a couple of times a week.

the chatroom is open 24 hours a day, what a lovely message you posted. thank you Sheila.
Just say when you would like to chat, and someone may join you.
Barry and Pam seem to like after 9pm, but it is open for anyone at any time.
we will be having the shoutbox on the new website, so please excuse it being missing now.

Sometimes I get to bed time and haven't been able to come in. Then other times everyone must be fed up of the amount of comments i make!!  sp0

The forum is an ever changing area, but it's consistency makes me feel safe and loved as I know when ever I do come in here are the people I really care about and who understand all that happens.
