I'm feeling very shaken today. Last night I lost my balance and fell but unfortunately I couldn't get myself up. We have a lifeline system but my pendant broke on Saturday and hasn't been replaced. Mark pressed his head activated lifeline. My neighbour came and the night carer turned up but it took 20 minutes to get me off the floor. I have bruises and carpet burns and still feel panicky. Rang lifeline and they were shocked a new pendent hadnt been sent. My housing officer has also rung me . New pendent is expected tomorrow fingers crossed xx

I fell a few weeks ago and it shook me up for days.
take things easy. thankfully you were not injured.

I hope you have got some help with Mark to give you time to recover from the fall and that your new pendant arrive tomorrow, you must feel really shaken.
