Do you find then when you get difficulties, there is never ever someone there to report and talk to someone.

I think the support for carers is appalling, no one seems to care at all.
All they seem to care about is their job, which is of course understandable but what about carers?

Carers always get shoved to the bottom of the pile, the people who are supposed to be there help seem to live in another world.
