I fell down the 6 steps from the bathroom this morning.
just slipped off the top step
I am ok just feel like I have gone 15 rounds in a boxing rink  sp0 sp0 sp0
probably be bruised all over tomorrow.
family been wonderful and attentive.

Im not surprised you feel like that!! Arnica rubbed on the tender bits might help with the bruising that will come!
