I have been churning things over and over in my mind, especially after reading Debs post. and I am going to write something.
When things are really difficult I wonder how you cope?

When things are difficult for me I talk it through with a friend and I normally fell better afterwards.

I talk things over with my friend Kay, I write it all down, often using swear words I would not normally utter or I try and absorb myself in something to divert my thoughts

I have had a really difficult emotional weekend, and it has made me think.
When someone posts on here about their difficult time, I will phone them, unless they ask me not to.
But today
If anyone would care to phone me, I would really appreciate it, very much as I feel so low.
Ross will be home for his lunch around 12.30pm so please dont phone then, but it would be much appreciated if you could phone before 12.30pm or after 3pm.
thank you

I really do appreciate everyone's support but for me a phone call would be wasted. Let me explain what I mean befor you might think I am being ungrateful - you see on here I can share my feelings but over the phone I find myself lying or just not saying anything Incase Mark hears me. I get a monthly call from Carers Support and that's how I am to Mandy. I do however know that for some people it is really beneficial xx

Debz have you thought about arranging for the carers support to phone you on one of the occasions you have a couple of hours out for coffee, you would then be able to say how it really is, I know of the difficulty of speaking about problems when you don't want anyone to hear, I had the very same problem.

I try and keep if I didn't keep busy and would sit there and feel sorry for myself
I talk to my friend Sheila but I must admit I keep a lot of things to myself
