I'm really stressed

Since Xmas I have been in a "battle" with the benefits system. I was given a random check on my income support. I have sent everything twice to them and now done a telephone review and still not had my benefit reinstated which was stopped a month ago. I have just sent off another form with the information asked for. Mark is deteriating again and I just feel like telling them to shove the form somewhere painful!! I have written a letter explaining Marks health so hopefully it will be sorted soon.

Dear Debs,
I am really sorry to read this, and it is not right. You wont like what my suggestion is, but all I can think of is to write to your MP.
Stress how poorly Mark is and this extra intimidation and distress is causing you more upset than you need.
please think about what I have suggested, I will do it for you if you wish.

Sorry to hear Mark isn't to good, you are under enough stress without you having to worry about benefits, I agree with what Wendy say contacting MP and or you can make a complaint to DWP about how they have handled your case

I don't what to say but thankYOU all for your support. I checked my account this evening and you'll never guess..... My income support money has been put in and backdated!! I am still confused why it wasn't their this morning but I'm just happy it's turned up. Hopefully a letter will be in the post to confirm everything is ok.
