Boiler broken and carer made a complaint

No heating and hot water possibly until Monday as boiler not working. Also found out a carer has complained again about marks hoisting. She never said anything to me and emailed the office saying she's not happy with hoisting Mark. The thing is a supervisor  does our Friday call and I explained mark had an OT visit and she was happy and said Mark was back to his pre hospital health status. Supervisor coming back tonight while carer is here to talk to here. Marks sister is also being a pain with her time off so I'm feeling really low and sorry for the lack of any posts from me xx

Disgusting, how are you and Mark supposed to keep warm. There should be an emergency service available, it is not good enough. x Jeanne

Debz the council/housing association should have left you a portable heater till the boiler can be fixed, get onto them again and tell them Mark is ill and disabled.
Our council provided us with a mobile heater when ours went wrong, they have to do this for disabled, elderly and ill people.

Luckily it's not too cold. Supervisor for our care agency came out last night re carers hoisting issues and things are nightmare now.  I might as well not have carers - that's just how I feel right now.
