Had a nasty letter

People phone in to get a laptop or tablet.
I then ask if they are in receipt of carers allowance and an income based benefit, if they do, then I send out a form which has to be completed and returned to us.

An 89 year old man who said he was a carer and received pension credit, has written a terrible letter complaining that all carers should receive a free tablet and we should not ask personal information.

I must remember we have more people who are grateful than people like him.

Sorry to hear this Wendy, you have to remember the people that do appreciate what you do and ignore people like him.
