I thought when a friend at work suggested it might be that i thought it was joke ... whoops ... quick trot to the walk-in centre near work and out I came with a prescription..

My back feels better than it did earlier in the week though I have to go bra-less which does not do a lot for my looks -as some of the rash is right where the strap goes lol lol Just have to steer clear of trampolines in case I end up with two black eyes lol

Thinking of you Liz and hoping you will soon be better.
