All syked up for the meeting, had a call from the lady I had a meeting with last week, Paul is really unwell, got a high temperature, losing weight, got a urine infection and kidney function dropped. Re-scheduled for Monday at 10 am, she is keeping a very close look on Paul because she's worried about him having another major fit. I told her he had one yesterday - nobody had made a note of it on his records!!

Sorry to hear Paul is not to good, this is why it is important to be vigilant when a loved one is in hospital to make sure everything is recorded on care plan.

It is a good job that Paul has you to keep an eye on things.
It is tough for you, but try and be strong.

It is as well Paul has you Sheila.

I used to have to watch them like a hawk when it came to recording things. I always read over it too as they often get things wrong!!

Thinking of you both
