My daughter told me about Linseed, and I remember my grandmother used to give it to me as a child.

Flax seeds are very good

Well, you learn something all the time on here. I was not aware that you could eat either of these.

I only knew that linseed oil was just used for thinning oil paint and flax was the plant that linen was made from

My daughter reminded me about linseed, and I used to use it by sprinkling on my breakfast serial for constipation.
But you must be careful if you have problems with diviculitis and not use it, so I am waiting to see the outcome.

I think my GP suggested linseed to me years ago but I had forgotten about it.

Aldi sell it in packets as a breakfast sprinkler.

It gave me a lot of wind!! x90m
