Red or Brown?

Which do you prefer?
Brown for me!!!

BLACKBURN stands out from the rest of the UK, new research has shown, with 41% choosing brown sauce with their Full English breakfast, compared to the rest of the UK opting for tomato sauce.

The study has also revealed that over half of people from Blackburn chose a Full English as their most loved breakfast dish and they prefer unsmoked bacon to smoked bacon.

Mitchells & Butlers - the company behind high street pub and bar chains like Toby Carvery, Harvester restaurants and Sizzling Pubs – has polled 2,000 Brits to identify exactly what should be on the classic Full English breakfast plate.

And here it is: Fried eggs, smoked bacon, thick sausages, grilled tomatoes, fried mushrooms, toast and baked beans – the perfect Full English breakfast as voted for by Britain.

Controversially, there is no place for black pudding, fried bread or hash browns

Definitely brown.

Red sauce is for dipping your chips in.
