Have you ever had spelt rolls.
I bought some on Sunday and they are delicious and keep better than ordinary bread rolls
Spelt naturally proves and rises more quickly than conventional wheat flour, so bake it as soon as it has doubled in size. The flavour is delicious.

Never heard of them Wendy, they sound tasty.

I've heard of them but can't remember if I've tried them

A lot of east European recipes use spelt flour, makes nice bread
