Just a thought .. the Sunday before last I went to check out the Plantation Garden to see the flowers (all planted up but nothing in bloom yet), they had a huge green net over the fountain, I wonder if it was to keep frogs out or in?

more likely to keep herons out from eating the fish or even leaves out of the pond.
