Our old cat Poppy was obsessed with pens, which she used to hide and store under the rug .

We once had a dog who escaped through the open door one sunday & he came home dragging a whole cooked leg of lamb. Needless to say I had to grovel to a very irate neighbour who had to forego her sunday lunch -  we were mortified. All I could offer her was our sausages, as our budget didn't stretch to roasts in those days!!
