Is breakfast a waste of time?

Postby annie » 04 Jan 2016, 10:50

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day - it's a great start, it's good for you, it stops you snacking, boosts metabolism and keeps you thin.

Well, that's what we've all been told.

But some scientists argue this is all a myth - and that just because we keep repeating it doesn't make it true.

So should we bother with breakfast?

I think it is the most important meal of the day, but some people skip it who would rather have a fag.
I know someone who collapsed because they did not eat breakfast.

I have skipped breakfast for most of my life, it's very limiting what to have being lactose intolerant so gave up wanting breakfast years ago, but I do have a couple of biscuits mid morning with my coffee.

When I do have brekki I usually hungry mid morning and yet if I have 2 cups of coffee I feel full.
so not always having brekki suits everyone and not having brekkie does not mean you going to snack I think its up to your metabolism not what scientists say coffeex
