I remember when as a family we used to get so exited about the Easter holidays and today there are hundreds of caravans going by on their way to the coast.
Today, it is very different, and I have got nothing planned and nothing to look forward to.
Have you got anything arranged?
Will your caring role keep you at home?

On Sunday my Brother and Sister in law are coming over and my Brother is doing a organized 30 mile cycle ride in the morning, I will cook a Sunday roast for when he gets back.

We don't really do anything.
ido a nice roast while sSam goes to church.
as a child in my early teens this was really the start of the tourist season in Wales and as my parents ran a post office and craft shop they were working hard so we just enjoyed playing out with friends.
There seems to be a lot of pressure for people to go away and do something over bank holidays. If you can't afford to do it or are incapable due to caring issues it can be very depressing.
