Your opinion valued

We gave out a recycled laptop just over 2 weeks ago and when we phoned to arrange a lesson, the carer told us that they had not touched the equipment since we left.
It is not because they are too busy, although as you know any carer is rushed off their feet.
What are your thoughts about this one off situation, mostly the carers can't wait to get up and running.

If they are not going to use it or no longer interested, they should give it back to you, so you can give it to someone who does want to use it straight away.

They should do the right thing and give it back, so another Carer can have it who needs it

We will give him a lesson as arranged and see what happens then.
It's a pity he did not say before that he was scared of the equipment.
