this is nearly too painful to read.
We must remember the wonderful care given to residents from the thousands of angels who do work in the care industry for little pay.
They must be heartbroken to read such things.

That is so sad to read and brings tears to my eyes that people are treat like that.

It is a pity that we only read about the bad incidents
