It is a shame these forms are so complex and there is little help out there to advise which ones you need.

When Dad n I had Age UK come in to help apply for we were lucky to have a great chap assist us with the forms. We told him all - he knew exactly how to word it in "DWP-speak". He reminded us to think of a worst day and what it might get like in the future so we could plan ahead as much as we could at the time.
