Short Breaks is for All Carers aged 16+ caring for someone aged 18+ who do not currently receive social services funded support
What it is for:
Short Breaks is a Flexible and FREE service where an approved support worker will stand in for the Carer to give them a short break.
The Carer may want to attend an appointment, trip to the theatre, coffee with friends or just get a few hours rest. The list is endless, you decide.
