Kelly and Roxanne have been close since they were babies and have always managed to have fun, in spite of Kelly's disabilities
The 30 year-old, from Rotherham, looks up to her 'mischievous' and 'giggly' elder sister, Kelly, saying: "She always looks after me."
With only 18 months between them both, they grew up close together, helping each other.
And that bond has blossomed into their adulthoods: at the moment Roxanne is Kelly's full-time carer.
To an outsider, it perhaps seems like a challenge.
Kelly, who has Down's syndrome, battles health issues such as being registered blind, having impaired hearing, sensory processing disorder and a hole in her heart.
But the dance and movement psychotherapist simply describes their time spent together as, "really fun, I've managed to get out and do things."
