Disgusting Honey, I am definitely tweeting this one, that is truly awful treatment !
That guide dog will be better behaved than some of their customers, and certainly way better behaved than the staff at the shop ! They should be made to apologise to the lady face to face ..

How appalling.
The ones who did this should be disciplined and made to publicly apologize.
I can't believe they didn't know guide dogs were exempt!
