The grocery shop was delivered this afternoon. We have a parsnip bonanza - instead of ordering 3 individual parsnips I ordered 3 bags of parsnips by mistake. The bottom of the fridge is now full to the brim with them!! Meals this week will consist of parsnip soup, steamed parsnip, roasted parsnip, parsnip pasta bake and parsnip crumble. We are starting tonight by having spinach and ricotta pizza sp0

I hear parsnip cake is as nice as carrot cake so thats Saturday taken care of!!

You do make me laugh!! Enjoy your parsnips. Maybe you could do a recipe book just on cooking those!!

Hahaha - hope you enjoy all the variations of parsnip recipes.  I once made that mistake ordering on line - in my case it was oranges

Well we have had roast parsnips, steamed parsnips and today we are having parsnip soup. Needless to say I haven't had to order any to be delivered with the shopping this week.
