there are subtle ways of mentioning it but I would avoid telling someone. There is no nice way of doing it.

many years ago my mum made a comment about my weight and it really knocked my confidence. It kicked of some bad eating choices and weight loss programs for me and years of eating problems.

I once mistakenly asked someone when was the baby was due and she was not expecting, just overweight, easy mistake x90m

I agree, you have to be careful and not say the wrong thing.

I wouldn't , you have to be subtle!!

But would you tell someone they are skinny?

No definitely not, they could become anorexia.

I was skinny most of my life and I didn't become anorexic.
