Good morning, good night October

Postby wendy » 30 Sep 2015, 15:43

Can you believe it is October, we have had some of the best weather we have had all year in the last few days.

This picture is where I visited a few years back with my family.

Good morning, it is warmer that it has been all summer, frustrating for me, knowing I have missed it all. Had another bad night, don't feel any better, I am going back to bed for an hour
Hope you have a good day

Good Morning, it is sunny and fresh here, while out with Milo this morning, we saw three squirrels, running along the branches and jumping from tree to tree. So lovely to see, really brighten my day. Done the ironing, going to treat myself to tea and cake. Sorry to hear you are having such an awful time Annie. Do hope you feel better soon. Hope everyone has a reasonable day.

Good afternoon, it's been a glorious sunny day here, I met Wendy this morning for Coffee on her Birthday. bdc11
My garden think it's spring, so many plants in bud or flower, roses just keep flowering.

Hope you cough soon subside Annie, my husband also have a cough that doesn't seem to go away.

Good morning, another grey I hope that I have turned a corner, this is the first time that my cough hasn't woken me during the night.
Going to church this am & Kay is coming over this afternoon. Making roast chicken for tea, although everything still tastes a bit like cardboard.
Going back to the Drs in the morning. My xray results are back , but not good news, I have severe arthritic changes in my right thumb ( which I knew, as I have already had surgery on my left one for the same problem,) however, I was disappointed to find that the shoulder pain is also arthritis, I was hoping it was rotator cuff problem as this just means physio & that sorts it.
Hope you have a peaceful sunday

I am having a friend call round this morning and the sun is trying to come out.
I hope whatever you do it will be a happy day for you. Happiness is everything.

Good Morning, it is cold and overcast here, had to put my winter coat on. What a shame that lovely weather has gone. Done some housework, going out to do some shopping. Hope everyone has a reasonable day.

Good afternoon, a dull chilly day here and it's trying to rain, soon have to get things in the garden put away for the dreaded winter, not looking forward to that.

good morning,
I do wish the members who read all your good mornings would share with us what they do, it does not matter how boring a day you have.
I was very poorly again yesterday with feeling sick, but today is a better day.
It is raining and cold.
I was meeting a friend, but it has been cancelled.
love to everyone

Good morning, it is mild and we have some blue sky - most welcome. My car has gone in for service , they have collected it & will bring it back, isn't that a great service?

Glad you feel a bit better today Wendy.

Our Carers Link has some treats on offer this quarter, I have applied for shopping trip to Leeds, Local production of Sister Act & Christmas lunch

Went to see the Dr yesterday, he is doing a steroid injection into my shoulder joint next week, to see if thatr alleviates the pain & he has referred me to Musculo-Sceletal Team for assessment on my thumb joi, waiting for an appt for that.

Hope you have a reasonable day

Good morning, after a dull start the sun is now breaking through, hope it holds out so I can start getting my tender plants put away for winter.
Glad you feel better today Wendy.

Good afternoon, what a miserable wet day it is, supposed to improve at end of week but we could get some really heavy rain in the East before that.

Good Evening, glad to hear you had a good day Wendy and you are feeling a little better Annie. Have been in most of the day as I had a company come and sort out my failed double glazed windows in the conservatory and lounge. Also had a new upvc door fitted between the garage and utility. Mum spent the day in bed as her dizziness was bad today. Hope everyone had a reasonable day.

good morning,
I had an appointment with the GP and she is pleased with how I am getting better. She suggested that I phone the hospital to say I would accept a cancellation for my appointment with the dietician.
I also have my scan appointment booked.
Then I drove to Dunelm and bought a soft double duvet cover and pillows. I already have soft fitted sheets so it should be nice and cosy now.
I bought a complete set last year from the charity shop and love the cosyness but I needed to have another set.
I have got my washing in because it is a lovely day and I may get it dry.
hope your day is a good one.
love
