A new respite service for carers of people with dementia
A new respite service for carers of people with dementia has been launched at Holt, following the success of a weekly drop-in support group opened last year in St Andrew’s Church meeting room.

Parkinson's sufferers can 'experience public rudeness'
A survey of 2,000 people with Parkinson’s has found that more than half have experienced rudeness or hostility from the public.
The charity Parkinson’s UK said being stared at, laughed at or mistaken for drunk left some sufferers feeling “intimidated” and “invisible”.
